Processing Time

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days business days after purchase, please add delivery time on top for estimated arrival time. (See below for delivery options. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays)

Option A Royal Mail Signed/Tracked £5.39 (Addional items 0.00) Delivery aim is 1-3 business days after day of dispatch.

Option B Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.15 (Additonal items 0.00) Delivery aim next business day after dispatch.

Delivery Information

Delivery is made by Royal Mail. To track your package enter your tracking number at www.royalmail.com. Here you will find up to date tracking information and the option to request re- delivery (at no additional cost) if you are out on the first delivery attempt. If you have a ‘safe place’ or ‘leave with neighbour’ request you will need to contact Royal Mail to set this up, please note, ‘safe place’ is not available for Special Delivery services.

Making payment

Payment is made via Paypal, all major credit cards accepted and guest check out is available.

Arrival Times

Remember to include processing time in addition to the delivery time to estimate arrival date. If your order is time sensitive please feel free to contact me prior to making a purchase and I would be happy to advise contact form

Please note, arrival times may be affected by postal strikes, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events. I aim to keep you updated if your order is affected.

Delays / Damage / Lost Packages

I use a reliable, tracked and insured postal service for both domestic and international packages. Issues are extremely rare but if you have any concerns please read the information below for advice. For your assurance, any concerns regarding delay, damage or loss will be personally followed up until the issue is resolved.

Most packages do arrive within the delivery aims quoted but an actual arrival date is not guaranteed. Please be aware once in the postal system delays can occur due to postal services, customs delay or adverse weather, Postage costs are not refunded for packages arriving later than the delivery aims quoted, unless the package is deemed lost. If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your package please contact your local post office in the first instance, they can provide up to date tracking information and advice, for example how to re- arrange delivery if you are out on the first delivery attempt. In addition you are welcome to contact me for advice and I will be happy to help.

Damage in transit

Contents are insured for damage in transit, please contact me within 3 days of your order arriving and keep all packaging. Photographic evidence will be required by the insurance services to initiate and process a claim.

Lost Packages

Before a claim can be submitted Royal Mail quote the following wait times, these are in addition to the delivery aims;

For a UK address - 10 business days (total wait time 13 business days)
For an International address - business days (total wait time 35 business days)

Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your order, however if you have any issues please email me within 14 days of arrival with your order number and I would be happy to help. Please note, I work with natural fabrics in a ‘vintage’ ‘shabby chic’ style therefore slight colour variations, crinkling, creasing or fraying of petals are to be expected and are not faults, please check item photos and descriptions for full details and the care card included inside your package.

Return guidelines

Request to return must be made within 7 days of item arrival and received back within 14 days thereafter.
Packages must not be returned without prior agreement
Once approved for return item must be returned in its original packaging/box
Returns must be made using a tracked service
Buyer to pay return postage costs
Original postage costs are non-refundable
Once your item arrives back at the studio and is inspected a refund will be issued to the original buyer and method of payment.

Non-Returnable

Custom orders and personalised items are non-returnable. Personalised items include items with engraved hearts.

Exchanges

It may be possible to exchange your item, terms and conditions apply, please contact me to discuss options. Excludes custom and personalised orders. Original postage costs are non-refundable plus additional charges apply for sending out exchanged item.

Duties / Taxes / Customs

International customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties and taxes payable upon entry to your country.

New Regulations for EU customers as of the 1st of January 2021

As the United Kingdom has left the European Union, the trade agreements have changed. This means EU customers will now have to pay any duties, taxes or custom fee’s due on parcels sent from the UK before receiving the parcel.

Please note, duties, taxes and custom fees are imposed by your country and are outside of my control.

Yes! This is a free service, please use the message box provided before completing your transaction. Your message will be printed onto a small white card and included inside your package.

Q. Are packages tracked, insured?

Yes, every package has its own unique tracking number provided to you once your package has been dispatched. Shipping price also include insurance for loss and damage, please see delivery page for full details.

Privacy Policy Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for a personalised or custom order, if you contact me directly.
