  · How do I make a purchase? ·

You can purchase items from my  Etsy shop, In order to make your purchase you will need to register with Etsy. For an easy step by step  please have a look at Etsy guidelines at: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php.

·  What payment methods do you accept?· 

Through my Etsy shop I accept payment through PayPal, please note you do not need a PayPal account.

·  Shipping info· 

I use UK Royal Mail postal service, www.royalmail.com.   Most orders are sent with a tracking number and you can check progress of your package by logging onto the royal mail website.

Items within the the UK are  sent Royal Mail Recorded/Signed

Overseas orders are  sent  by airmail, either  International Signed or Airsure (This depends on the price of your item/s and your destination)

· How long will it take to receive my order?· 

I aim to dispatch items within 48hrs of receiving your payment, however please allow up to 5 days for any unforeseen delays, particularly during busy periods. If you require your item urgently please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Once dispatched delivery time in the UK is approx 1-3 days, international delivery is approx 5-10 days*

*Royal mail guidelines, delivery time is not guaranteed.

**Please note, for overseas shipping I cannot be held responsible for packages delayed by your customs, or your  country's  customs charges.

· Do you take commissions/custom orders?· 

I may be able to take your custom order, please contact me to discuss you ideas!

Wedding cake toppers

  Bride Birds: have a selection of both new and vintage cottons, satins, linens and laces.

Groom Birds: Pure wool  jackets  Black, Charcoal, Chocolate brown, Grey, Houndstooth, and lighter colours in  linens and cottons. Waistcoats in cotton, wool or silk fabrics. Bow ties and Cravats, silk or cottons.

Map Love Birds:  using maps of a special place, ‘where we met’, marriage, and honeymoon.

Wedding Anniversary Love Birds: Paper, Cotton, Silk, Linen, and lace. Pearl, Ruby and Gold

Birds:  Accountant, Magician, Musician, Teacher, Novelist, Journalist, Cartographer, and Chef to name a few!

· Returns Service· 

Each item is very carefully quality checked and packaged and should arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged during shipping please contact me immediately and we can discuss how to put things right.
